The quests are all driven by either Robots or Audio tapes. Thanks a lot team New Vegas! I hope Bethesda can redeem the Fallout franchise when the real Fallout 5 comes out and with single player. I mean when enemy's and good guy's spawned, they would appear in the walls, in the ground and even underground so you couldn't see them yet, they were hitting you. Widely praised for raising the bar over Fallout 3 when it comes to story, dialogue and voice acting, Fallout New Vegas is clearly the sequel to Fallout 1 and 2 that a lot of fans have been waiting for. I highly suggest 'Modding' this game for full enjoyment. As well as dungeon grinding. Bethesda should've left it to Obsidian, those guys clearly knew what to do with the franchise, but it's too late now since Obsidian was bought by Microsoft.

Last but not least: Hardcore mode - a nightmare of Fallout 3 fans or rather - of Fallout 3's simplicity fans. But, this is not that game, it is just so broken. Fallout games have always been full of bugs and such, but still a good way to kill time. If they want an online game, then why don't they just make one without attaching a popular name to it? Take fallout 3, expand it, add more diversity, add more interesting locations, triple the amount of 27 hours in, just getting started. The game is hardly rife with griefers. The Witcher 1 is great too haven't played the later titles. And on top of that, although some of the scenery graphics are amazing, most of them still drag out when you have to walk miles to your next point-of-interest and there is nothing on the way to distract you from the monotony of the desert.

It looks absolutely terrible for a 2018 game and runs like hot garbage. . I've always been a huge fan of the post-apocalyptic genre, and Fallout 3 did it so well that I went back and played Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics. I know it's fun to sometimes buy broken games knowing how broken they are just to break the game even more and laugh at the glitches and bugs, but this game does not qualify as fun even in the ironic sense. Think about this: fallout 76 is such a mess that all us losers from no mutants allowed are coming out of the wood work to gloat at Bethesda.

So now, I have two nonexistent followers that everyone can smell and see but me. They aren't just present in New Vegas, they are pervasive, ranging from quests random doors gaining unpickable locks, trapping the player in a room , exploration valuable power armor hidden in one of the most dangerous areas of the game doesn't always spawn , to basic mechanics 2 items, one of them common and the other a quest item that cannot be removed from the player's inventory after receiving it, use Fallout 3' s armor mechanic and make all other armor cease to function until the game is reloaded multiple times or an exploit is used to fix it. They knew damn well the game was going to get terrible ratings. The main story isn't as interesting as the last game but the side missions are more interesting than the last game as are the characters. You can do a lot more with them.

Additionally, I appreciate the whole social platform, but I hate being forced to subscribe to Xbox Live just to play the game. I see Fallout New Vegas as a vastly improved Fallout 3. It's like it's made by some sort of cheap studio with lazy devs and managers. Ignore the zero reviews, it's just entitled brats that are mad its not New Vegas 2. It's literally the same general story structure as Fallout 4. Carries on in the style of the last game same game engine.

I think they couldn't make them work in multiplayer with their terrible game engine. While some fanboys are overly negative or on their knees positive, I'm looking at it as a fan of the first game on and seeing the game without biased opinion either way and this isn't a fun game, without the name Fallout on the cover, this game would be a huge failure. Even if a person wants to attack the tech side of this game, I would simply retort with a bevy of moments that this game severely outshines it's predecessor. I was very, very excited about a new Fallout title, it's one of my all-time favorite game worlds. Everyone else in his force makes it look like a big, savage tribe which technically it is, but Caesar claims he is trying to be like the Romans. That is basically what Fallout: New Vegas is.

It feels the same as the previous installment, but better and improved. As far as I see it, that's the meat of a Fallout game. In the corporate equation for the colony, you are the unplanned variable. More of an interesting story line for sure! On the other hand very little has changed outside of the strength of the story. Pros -Huge world -Decent new enemies - Multiplayer questing can be fun at times - Is a loot simulator. It was obsidians fault for signing such a contract in the first place. I've waited years for this.

The Reputation system is vastly superior to Fallout 3's Karma only scheme, the disguises system felt like something that was truly missing from Fallout 3 no one in the Brotherhood of Steel seemed to mind when I walked into their base wearing the armor of their sworn enemies in Fallout 3. If you enjoy looting in Skyrim or Fallout 4, it may be something you look forward to doing. This game was not developed by Bethesda.
